This is why Nikki Exotika was arrested

It started to feel like TLC specifically cast people with a criminal record for their 90 day fiancé shows. People who were arrested in the past and who have a problem keeping their emotions intact on and off the cameras. Nicole Sanders aka Nikki Exotika is a trans music artist and social media influencer, and she’s been part of 90 day fiancé season 10. Not so long after the new season started, Nikki’s criminal record was already exposed to the public by the show fans.

Nikki co-stars in the reality tv show with her Moldovan boyfriend Igor, whom she prefers to call as Justin. The pair met in Moldova 17 years ago. Nikki went to find and meet her Russian partner, who had been deported from the US, but she discovered he was cheating on her with a Russian woman. Nikki met Justin on a dating app and proposed to him two years later. The age difference between Nikki and Justin has been a source of contention, since he appeared to be too young when they first met, however, Nikki went to Instagram to stop the false information from spreading, and she provided some evidence which proved that Justin was an adult over 18 year old when they met.

Based on the research done and the documents obtained by the reality tv news website “wordonthestreetreality.com”, It looks like Nikki has a dark criminal past. Nicole Sanders, aka Nikki Exotika, was arrested on July 20, 2005, and charged with a Class A Misdemeanor for Pr0stitution, according to Cook County, IL court records.
But her criminal record doesn’t end there, Nikki was also arrested on July 25, 2023, according to a news release from the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey.
Following an investigation into an illegal payments of medical benefits, members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Insurance Fraud Unit arrested a Union City lady on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Nicole Sanders, 47, has been charged with Theft by Deception in violation of NJSA 2C:20-4, a third-degree crime, and False Reporting to Medicaid in violation of NJSA 30:4d-17b(2), also a third-degree crime.

She was detained at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Secaucus and released on a summons until her first court appearance on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. Sanders failed to report a sum of money from a business she controls, resulting in an improper payment of more than $70,000 in medical benefits from NJ FamilyCare between 2017 and 2021.
To think about it, Nikki Exotika criminal record, fashion style and her out of the norm character make her a perfect fit to be a cast member on a 90 day fiancé show. It’s always the most crazy and the loudest cast members, who are the most memorable. While the normal people get forgotten after their season ends, and they never get recast for another 90 day fiancé spin off show.
