90 Day Fiancé’s Gino Refuses To Take Accountability For His Major Mistake Regarding Jasmine’s Kids

Gino Refuses To Take Accountability For His Major Mistake Regarding Jasmine’s Kids

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Gino Palazzolo is blaming Jasmine Pineda for the visa mix-up with her sons Juance and JC. Gino and Jasmine’s toxic relationship has taken a wild turn since their wedding in 90DF season 10. While Jasmine looked forward to her future in the U.S. as Gino’s wife and the mother to his future baby, she realized she was not going to see her kids for another two years because of him. Jasmine has seen that Gino is not a good husband to her and realized he’s not going to be a good dad either.

“It’s her children, she’s responsible to make sure all this is right as well.”

Gino is in a conversation with his cousin Dana in a preview clip of the next episode of Happily Ever After? season 8 shared by ExtraTV.

Gino tells Dana that it’s going to take two years for them to bring Jasmine’s kids to the U.S. Gino admits that while he feels bad that Jasmine’s kids aren’t coming to America, he thinks Jasmine is wrong for putting “pressure” on him and making it look like it’s his fault. Gino accuses Jasmine of being unappreciative of him.

Will Gino’s Mistake Harm Relationship With Jasmine?

Gino reminds Dana that he’s done a lot for Jasmine. He got Jasmine to the U.S. “It’s like she totally forgot that,” Gino adds angrily. He is furious that Jasmine said he’s not fit to be a father because of his mistake. Dana tries to convince Gino that Jasmine won’t be seeing her children for two years. The boys are 11, and they would want to kiss and hug their mother. However, Jasmine will be meeting them when they are 13-year-old teenagers who will not want anything to do with Jasmine anymore.

“The attorney wants to charge me $5000 to do adjustment of status to bring the kids.”

While Gino forgot to write the names of Jasmine’s kids on her K-1 visa petition, which had to be approved before they could come to the U.S. It became impossible to bring them over because their names were not listed. The immigration lawyer suggested that Jasmine’s children would now need to get immigrant visas, and he could help them file an immigration petition. The lawyer would charge Gino $5000 in filing fees and representation for the next 12 to 14 months.

Because of Gino’s mistake, Jasmine’s kids, who otherwise would have been in America within eight months of her moving there, will now take almost two years to be there. However, that’s if Gino agreed to pay the lawyer for a swift process. Gino claims he doesn’t have $5000 after having spent lavishly on their wedding. 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? fans watched Jasmine tell Gino she was going back to Panama. However, Jasmine’s social media reveals she’s still in America, so perhaps Gino will agree to hire a lawyer to save his marriage and prove his love for Jasmine.
