Mother-Daughter Machination

It all started when Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) arrived at Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) office to rehearse her first PSA for the New Tomorrow Institute. But what she didn’t know was that Nina (Cynthia Watros) was also in Drew’s office in their attempt to get Willow to spend more time with her birth mother.

Nina acted like she would leave them to their work, but Drew suggested Nina stay and watch, using the excuse that Nina had an ear for ad campaigns and could provide feedback. Willow tried to decline, but Drew’s pushing ultimately made her agree to let Nina sit in on their meeting.

Stonecold Secret

When Nina finally left after watching Willow’s PSA, Willow was quick to ask Drew if he and Nina had set up the interaction. Drew asked if she was accusing him of setting her up, to which she responded, “I’m accusing you of being a well-meaning friend who is trying to patch things up between Nina and me.”

Drew finally admitted what he’d done and apologized, and that was when their conversation took a turn. “I have no right to come down on you… not when I’ve been keeping something from you myself,” Willow admitted. “About your brother.”

Willow spilled what she knew about Jason (Steve Burton, who recently reminisced about his favorite GH scenes) to Drew, telling him how she and Michael (Chad Duell) found Jason in the boathouse and that she bandaged his gunshot wound and stole him antibiotics from the hospital. Drew assured her the secret was safe with him and complimented Willow on her constant ability to help others.
