The Days of our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, June 19 celebrate the minor holiday of Juneteenth and the major holiday of Ave and Paulina’s wedding anniversary with a special surprise visit — and a sad departure.

Paulina (Jackée Harry) was delighted to celebrate her anniversary at home alone with Abe (James Reynolds) and a nice bottle of wine. But we suspect she’ll be even more delighted to see Lani (Sal Stowers), Eli (Lamon Archey), and their cute, cuddly twins stop by to mark the big day. (As long as they hurry and place every breakable trinket out of the reach of curious toddler fingers.)

Paulina will need all the support she can get now that she knows Chanel (Raven Bowens) is moving across the country to California with Johnny (Carson Boatman).

Meanwhile, Johnny tells EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) that he’s headed out on his own. But EJ will be fine, right? He’s got a new baby boy to focus on. Sure, EJ will be fine.

But that doesn’t mean he won’t miss Johnny. The two haven’t seen eye to eye recently about Chanel and the pregnancy, but they clear the air and bury the hatchet. After all, it’s easier to be close when you’re far away. Look how well EJ gets along with the still-missing Sydney!
